Terms of Service

The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you") and Kyron Network ("Kyron", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Kyron Network mobile application, the website at kyron.network, and any related features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, installing the App, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Reward Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required by your country — e.g. 16 in most EU member states).
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission and they must accept these Terms on your behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any country subject to a comprehensive embargo by the government of your jurisdiction, and you must not be on any sanctions list.
• You must not have been previously banned from the Service.

Your account

3.1 Creating an account

You must provide accurate information when you register (username, valid email address, and a secure password). You may only have one account.

3.2 Keeping your account secure

• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Do not share your password or let anyone else log in to your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@kyron.network if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Accurate details

We may ask you to verify your email or device, especially if we detect suspicious activity or when you unlock higher-tier rewards. Failure to verify may result in restrictions on your account or balance.

3.4 Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account › Delete account or by emailing privacy@kyron.network. Deletion is irreversible; any remaining KYR balance and unused boosts are forfeited upon deletion.

License to use Kyron

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kyron grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible device for your own personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

The nature of KYR

• KYR is credited to your account solely as a loyalty reward for engagement within the App.
• KYR is personal and non-transferable. You may not buy, sell, trade, or gift KYR outside of features we officially provide.
• KYR has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash by Kyron.
• We may adjust reward rates, task availability, streak rules, boost mechanics, and the total KYR supply at any time to maintain a fair and sustainable economy.
• If the Service ends, if your account is terminated under Section 8, or if you delete your account under Section 3.4, any KYR balance will be forfeited without compensation.

Advertising & rewarded content

The App includes advertising served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded video ads that credit KYR on verified completion.

• Rewarded ads are optional. You are never required to watch an ad.
• Reward crediting depends on the ad network confirming the ad was fully played and not invalidated for fraud.
• We do not control the content of third-party ads. If you see an ad that violates applicable law or our standards, please report it to support@kyron.network.
• Some ads may lead to third-party websites or stores. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

Prohibited conduct

To keep the Service safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Create more than one account, or create an account for someone else without their permission.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, rooted/jailbroken devices, VPN rotation, click farms, or any automated or manipulative means to earn KYR or complete tasks.
• Exploit bugs, timing glitches, or otherwise manipulate the reward system.
• Circumvent fraud detection, device limits, rate limits, or geographic restrictions.
• Mis-represent yourself, impersonate another person, or use offensive, misleading, or infringing usernames or avatars.
• Spam, harass, threaten, or defame others, on our platform or through referral messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Kyron systems, other accounts, or any data you are not entitled to.
• Reverse-engineer, stress-test, or interfere with the Service's availability.
• Use the Service to violate any law, including advertising, consumer-protection, tax, and intellectual-property laws.
• Offer, advertise, or facilitate the sale or transfer of KYR or accounts to third parties.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, forfeit any KYR balance, and deny you access to the Service — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms, the Reward Policy, or our community standards.
• You have engaged in fraud, bot activity, multi-accounting, or other abuse.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Continuing to provide the Service to you would expose Kyron or other users to legal, security, or reputational risk.

If you believe we have taken action in error, you can appeal to appeals@kyron.network. We review appeals in good faith, but our decision is final.

You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 3.4.

In-app purchases

The core earning loop of Kyron is free. The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, boost packs) processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.

• All purchases are governed by Google Play's own terms in addition to these Terms.
• Purchased items are digital, non-refundable once consumed, and have no cash value. Refunds (if any) are handled per Google Play's refund policy.
• Purchased boosts and similar items do not guarantee any particular KYR outcome and may be expended according to in-app mechanics.
• Local taxes may apply and will be displayed at checkout where required.
• You must be the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the payment method used.

Intellectual property

Kyron and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, the "KYRON" name and hex mark, and underlying code. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license in Section 4.

If you submit any content (such as an avatar, support ticket, or forum post), you grant Kyron a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. We will, however, never publicly attribute feedback to you without your permission.

Third-party services

The Service relies on, and may link to, third-party services (Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, Expo, and others listed in our Privacy Policy). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYRON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR REWARD, FEATURE, OR OUTCOME WILL BE AVAILABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYRON AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY LOSS OF KYR OR OTHER VIRTUAL ITEMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Kyron harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Changes to these Terms or the Service

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also change, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including tasks, streaks, reward rates, or the App as a whole, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
